At 37 years old, as a single mom, I decided to start summitting Colorado's 14ers in earnest. In 2025 I did 30 unique peaks, and a couple of duplicates, as well. Though I've lived in Colorado since I was four or so, I had only ever summitted Pikes Peak previously, so the learning curve was steep.

Now, my goal is to summit all Colorado 14ers by the end of 2026, a less than two year window from when I started this venture. Along the way, I'd like to share my journey. I hope to share the beauty of our high peaks, and I hope that others with similar interests may be able to learn with me. So let's go. Adventure awaits...
